Varsity Boys Baseball

History:

From the 90’s to 2010, the Trinity Sabers baseball team had played in the Stamford Youth Baseball program.  Up to 2008, the Stamford Youth Baseball program had been entirely funded allowing all of its players to play for free since the inception of the program in the 90’s.  At the end of 2010, the Stamford Youth Foundation had decided to cut the program due to funding issues.  The league had a total of 7 teams in Stamford.  The games had started 3:30PM at Turn of the River School.

The Trinity team historically had been comprised of 7th and 8th graders.
The other schools in the league had assembled their teams based upon their own guidelines.

In 2011, Stamford Babe Ruth had successfully taken the program over.  Games are now played at Cubeta Stadium, Belltown Field, Rippowam Field and Turn of River Field.
