REGISTRATION INFORMATION


ALL OF THE FOLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED
FOR THE APPLICATION PROCESS TO BE COMPLETE:


Inquiries about academic and admission requirements may be addressed to the school at
322-7383.

1. Out-of-System Students must complete a New Student Application for Admission Form avaliable from the school and provide a $300.00 (non-refundable) Application Fee.

2. Release of Records to your child’s present school.  We cannot accept any child without their academic records from their present school.

3. If applying for certified tuition rate, the Parish Certification Form must be submitted to the Pastor of your Parish.

4. Health records including up-to-date immunizations.  State of Connecticut health form completed by your physician.

5. Admissons test on a date to be announced.
